ManpowerGroup Events Coordinator in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Our client, the University of Michigan, is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative department supporting the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication, a strong attention to detail and superb events planning knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Events Coordinator

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements.

  • Develop agendas, promotional plans, and meeting materials.

  • Reserve and coordinate audio/visual, photography, and other vendors.

  • Expense tracking and budget reconciliation.

  • Coordinate and execute publicity plans.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 2-3 years of events coordination or planning experience.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Experience with expense tracking and budget reconciliation.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint, and a strong administrative background and skill set.
