Responsibilities*
Answer high volume multiline telephone to take maintenance repair requests from all Hospital departments and offsite clinics.
Operate a computerized Maintenance Management system, entering data such as service request, requester, contact phone, location, and description of the problem.
Assign appropriate priority in response to customer requirements.
Assign work to the appropriate shop/worker.
Must be able to page or radio staff to communicate high priority work.
Ability to perform during emergency situations such as fire, floods, power outages and equipment failures; notify appropriate assigned personnel and prioritize according to standards.
Resolve customer questions concerning assigned work, status, etc.
Refer messages and issues to the appropriate foreman or manager as necessary.
Generate reports, analyses, file documents and complete other general office work.
Required Qualifications*
Call Center Customer Service Traffic and Scheduling Assisitant Intermediate:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to keyboard with speed and accuracy is necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Considerable knowledge of and ability to use advanced business software and computer applications is necessary
2-5 years customer service experience is required
Call Center Customer Service Traffic and Scheduling Assisitant Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to keyboard with speed and accuracy is necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Considerable knowledge of and ability to use advanced business software and computer applications is necessary
0-2 years customer service experience is required
Desired Qualifications*
- Knowledge of Hospital buildings, areas, systems and equipment is desired.
Work Schedule
This position is 40 hours per week. Schedule for the training period (4-6 months) is M-F 6am-2pm.
After training, permanent schedule will be afternoons and weekends (Wednesday-Saturday).

Background Screening
