Job summary

ICQA - Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Ext. Fulfillment Specialist

you will be responsible for creating a supervision and improvement mechanism for 3PL inventory team. Along with your manager and with 3PL managers, you'll work closely to ensure that the assigned department is performing in line with the plan and that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded. A core part of your responsibilities will be to ensure that the team perform according to Amazon quality standards and secures both compliance and customer experience. This includes creating daily and weekly reports, defining improvement actions to be in line with metric targets.

The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned department.

Responsibilities:

  • Create supervision for the quality and improvement opportunities across your work area

  • Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines

  • Continuously provide critical quality metric related information to ICQA OM and Amazon-3PL OM.

  • Define proactive actions to remove barriers impacting good quality performance

  • Engage with support functions and 3PL managers and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training

  • Support customers' order fulfillment by working directly and on a regular basis on operations tasks within your department

  • Create a mechanism for a continuous coaching and feedback to 3PL managers and team leaders to secure productivity and quality performance, and safe behaviors

  • Develop subject matter expertise on all operations processes in assigned department

Basic Qualifications

  • Good communication skills

  • Analytical skills (able to identify problem root cause, predict issues by looking at data and Key Performance Indicators)

  • Proactive problem solving and hands on approach

  • Ability to learn new skills and information and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilst working in a fast paced environment

  • Experience in coaching or leading a team

  • Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication

  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

  • Min Pre-Intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Orientation towards detail and precision

  • Ability to deep dive in operations process and develop ideas for process challenges

  • Capable of working the entire MS Office suite, especially Excel

  • Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills

  • Inventory & Quality Assurance Management experience
