Field Applications Engineer

Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for solving complex technical challenges? Do you excel at building strong customer relationships and driving product adoption? If so, then we want you on our team!

This role requires a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to provide expert support to customers in the design and implementation of our products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and recommend products to meet customer design requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to develop new product concepts and applications.

• Troubleshoot and optimize customer systems utilizing our products.

• Deliver technical training and seminars to customers and channel partners.

• Assist customers in designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing external circuitry for product integration.

• Develop and publish technical content (whitepapers, case studies, training materials) to educate and inform customers.

• Provide technical support to customers through various channels (phone, email).

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Conduct laboratory testing and support for product development efforts.

• Provide backup support to other field applications engineers as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in engineering applications related to analog, mixed signal, and/or power electronics.

• Strong understanding of analog and power integrated circuits and their applications in industrial markets.

• Proven track record in technical marketing or applications engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
