The Content Marketing Specialist will write and implement optimized digital content to guide brand awareness, traffic and engagement that supports business development and revenue generation of e-commerce channels. We are looking for a person with exceptional writing skills, digital marketing experience and attention to detail. You will report to the E-Commerce Marketing Manager.

You Will:

  • Develop knowledge of product performance, features, specs and accessories.
  • Adapt copy and other content developed by Brand department to fit brand voice in the context of platform/martketplace with an emphasis on SEO.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Digital Commerce and E-Commerce Marketing Manager to write optimized copy for product listings on several e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop content ideas based on our priorities, opportunities and direction.
  • Proofreads/edits content to ensure it is consistent concerning style/voice and best SEO practices.
  • Collaborate with designers and other internal team members to achieve objectives.
  • Complete item setup and content optimization for all items on Amazon, Walmart and other platforms according to SEO best practices and best seller ranking trends.
  • Build item setups and content submissions for e-commerce channels with assistance of sales and marketing managers.
  • Audits existing e-commerce listings for accuracy and optimizes listing content with improved imagery and copy according to SEO best practices with the assistance of sales managers and brand creative group.
  • Develop content production schedules, monitor the progress of content areas, uphold editorial standards, project requirements and deadlines.
  • Work with product managers and brand creative group to assure that content is accurate and promotes goals.
  • Work with outside content providers to ensure efficient delivery of best content.
  • Improve multiple, simultaneous content-related projects in a results-focused environment.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Digital Commerce and E-Commerce Marketing Manager to update content guidelines.
  • Seek information about online content trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and areas with competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate and assist E-Commerce Marketing Manager with product sampling campaigns.
  • Responsible for maintenance of product review monitoring tool and new product e-commerce listings.
  • Audits e-commerce listings for accurate review syndication.
  • Manage review sampling programs and enrollments.
  • Monitor EDLP violations weekly and report non-compliance to sales managers.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships and coordination with Company personnel and management.
