Job Overview:
We have an immediate opening for afull-time, experienced Auto Dismantler. Must be reliable, have experience dismantling cars, and have your own tools. Pay rate is dependent on tools and experience. Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus.
The Dismantler will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and salvaging usable parts. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles efficiently and safely
- Identify and salvage usable parts for resale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during dismantling process
- Assist in inventory management of salvaged parts
Skills:
- Experience in automotive repair or dismantling
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair and auto body repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Customer service skills for interacting with clients seeking specific parts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
