TEKsystems is hiring an experienced Mobile Device Management Specialist in Anchorage, AK

This position is a 3 month contract, W2. Onsite in Anchorage, Alaska.

Must be eligible to work in the USA for any employer.

Description:

TEKsystems is hiring for an MDM Specialist to support our client that is in the process of enrolling over 500 devices either being IOS or android devices this will be a predominantly mobile device management role with opportunity to help out the help desk team. They are looking for someone that is highly experienced with mobile device management and active directory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software (Windows is required, Mac OS is a plus).

  • Experience with Windows desktops and notebooks in a networked environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent applications, cloud-based applications such as Office 365, Skype for Business, and SharePoint.

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network services (i.e., DNS, DHCP, etc.).

  • Experience with MS SCCM and patch management in an enterprise environment.

  • Experience with Active Directory concepts and administration.

  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.

  • Experience supporting a variety of Wi-Fi-enabled devices.

  • Experience supporting mobile devices, including Apple iOS, and Android OS.

  • Excellent problem solving and communications skills, especially over the telephone with good interpersonal skills, highly energetic and attention to customer service.

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting a campus environment with geographically dispersed locations is a plus.
