Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic, business savvy Chief Mission Delivery Officer (CMDO) to advance our mission by increasing opportunities for volunteers and girls to work together throughout our council. This senior executive position will support and implement the council's mission, strategic plan, annual operating plan and budget for all aspects of operations including member services, volunteer engagement, product program and program/camp that are integral to serving the needs of our girls and volunteers. The CMDO works strategically to cultivate the skills and talent of staff and volunteers and is responsible for supporting the onboarding and training of staff. The CMDO promotes Girl Scout visibility and strengthens the Girl Scout brand in our Alaskan communities. As part of our dynamic and passionate team, you will join a group of individuals who are committed to ensuring that girls across Alaska have the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
