SUMMARY

This position is responsible for working on day-to-day mechanic procedures including, but not limited to: processing invoices, maintaining accurate job costing in databases and working with purchasing programs. This position requires an individual with an administrative background who is a team player and well organized.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data input including timberline and managers plus programs.

  • Maintain day-to-day communication with mechanic foremen and purchasers.

  • Responsible for new tasks given by supervisor.

  • Performs all job tasks with a skillful manner within his/her skill level.

  • Communicate with outside vendors for required procedures.

  • Document and file all V.C.R reports.

  • Give assistance as needed to other employees.

  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma / GED

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a clerical or administrative background.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong PC skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple, different tasks and work accurately with detailed information.

  • Effective communicator with customers, sales staff, and co-workers.

  • Must be a well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.

  • Able to read English, analyze and interpret technical related documents.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00
