What You’ll Do:

• Patient Care: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans.

• Administer Medications: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor Health: Track and document patient progress, reporting changes to the care team.

• Educate & Support: Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, providing emotional support.

What we are looking for:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): Active LVN license in California.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, home health experience is a plus.

• Compassionate & Reliable: A caring attitude with a commitment to providing the best care possible.

• Strong Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Flexible: Willingness to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
