The Walt Disney Company Cast Activities Coordinator, Seasonal in Anaheim, California

About The Role & Team

As a member of the Cast Activities, Recognition and Experience (CARE) Team, you’ll be part of a tradition that has helped create Cast-exclusive magic for decades. By providing administrative and event support, the Cast Activities Coordinator has the unique opportunity to help make the Cast Member experience exceptional.

What You Will Do

  • Demonstrate a passion for the Cast experience by providing administrative and program-related support for Cast events and offerings.

  • Execute events and offerings tasks such as pre-event prep, collateral inventory, and post-event wrap up.

  • Communicate with Cast Members verbally and in writing on behalf of Cast Activities.

  • Work collaboratively as a Cast Activities team member.

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.

  • Available to commit to work any day of the week including weekends, nights and holidays.

  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment.

  • Passion for supporting the Cast across a variety of programs and outreach activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous event management experience.

  • Previous Disneyland Resort Cast Member work experience.

Required Education

  • High school degree or equivalent
