Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

The Clinical Research Budgets Analyst manages budget templates, ensures accurate patient cost descriptions, integrates study budget information into agreements, oversees study payments milestones, maintains compliance, and fosters positive relationships within the research community.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive budget templates tailored to the requirements of sponsored clinical trials, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including contract analysts and regulatory personnel, to integrate study budget details into clinical trial agreements, initiating or participating in negotiation processes to ensure alignment with study protocols.

• Manage the setup of study payments milestones with precision, utilizing Microsoft Applications and Clinical Trial Management Systems, while vigilantly monitoring compliance with predetermined budgets and agreements, and meticulously documenting all expenses and payments for thorough record-keeping.
