Beautiful Upstate NY hospital seeks a full-time hospital- employed Spinal Surgeon to join our busy team of experienced physicians, surgeons and advanced practitioners. Responsibilities include the following:
Hiring Range: $751,448 - $961,832
Provide comprehensive spine related orthopedic care to patients.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel.
Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
Educate patients on the importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed.
Educate patients on disease prevention and orthopedic spinal health.
Demonstrate effective and detailed documentation skills.
Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout patients’ care.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients.
Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
