Hiring Range: $54,745.60-$73,236.80
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Perform Statistical Reporting.
Complete the month-end close of Joint Ventures and reconciling bank accounts to the general ledger.
Maintain all treasury related data daily from multiple bank accounts for Joint Ventures.
Maintain EFT breakdowns for Joint Ventures AR for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial accounts.
Work closely with Joint Ventures billing company to reconcile payments received.
Apply adherence and answer questions to cash handling policies for Joint Venture clinic cash drawers.
Perform cash account reconciliations to balance bank and bank reconciliations during month-end closing for Joint Ventures.
Reconcile Credit Card transactions for multiple organizations.
Check Positive Pay daily, place stop payments on checks when needed through online bank portal.
Post cleared AP checks for Joint Ventures along with reconciling outstanding check list periodically.
Perform Petty Cash Audits for multiple organizations.
Perform audits of purchases made on purchasing cards for multiple organizations.
Prepares, understands, and maintains complex and significant journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and subsidiary ledgers for multiple organizations.
Gather backup for yearly Tax Return for Joint Ventures.
Assist with preparing budget for Joint Ventures.
Maintain detail schedules for Cost Reporting and complete journal entries as necessary
Perform various Net Revenue Reporting.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assists in preparation of audit work papers for year-end audit with external auditors.
Assist with tax return preparation.
Complete special projects and various surveys.
Assists in executing company policies and compliance procedures
Other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
