Job Requisition: REQ2666 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days * Seasonal/Temporary* Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
Hiring range: $15.15- $22.61 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities: • Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed. • Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises. • Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. • Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance. • Installs, sets up, removes, transports, maintains specialty equipment, furniture and materials for seasonal and special events. • Operates and maintains equipment to perform snow removal, ice treatment, mowing, planting, cultivating, trimming and other activities while monitoring weather conditions. • Assist with the moving of items within/between locations and from/to storage, including furniture, equipment, and files.
Education: • High school diploma or GED required.
