We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Asset Manager Logistics to join our team for our anticipated growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment and logistics management, providing strategic guidance and oversight on our Dutch logistics real estate portfolio. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Logistics in the Netherlands. You will be part of the wider EMEA Logistics sector team and have dedicated logistics colleagues all across Europe.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company's logistics real estate portfolio.

  • Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize property value (with a strong focus on ESG).

  • Manage relationships with tenants, property managers, and logistics stakeholders.

  • Oversee financial performance, property maintenance, and contractual obligations.

  • Conduct market research and provide insightful analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (minimum). A master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in asset management and preferably logistics.

  • Strong understanding of the Dutch real estate market and logistics sector in particular.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel as required (mainly in-country).

  • Fluent or native in Dutch and proficient in English reading/writing/speaking.
