Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Technology Project Manager to join our team of project and program management professionals. As a member of the Delivery Team, you will work closely with Product Management, Design, Development, QA, Vendors, and other business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of digital products and features. We need someone who is detail-oriented, superior ability to communicate, excellent at team motivation & accountability, and committed to delivering on time, with a high-quality bar. It doesn’t hurt if you are passionate about sport and the latest fitness gear. Your Impact

• You lead complex projects that could span across multiple cross functional teams responsible for building frictionless digital and physical experiences.

• You direct activities across cross-functional teams (Digital Product, UX Design, Digital Marketing, Engineering, Product & Supply Chain Applications, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them.

• You inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your product development team.

• You bridge gaps between the Product Owner and the Development team, partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development.

• You conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews and Demos.

• You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like SharePoint, Smartsheet, Service Now, Confluence and JIRA and are responsible for creating project monitoring tools like weekly status reports, project health dashboards and risk and decision logs to avoid project pitfalls.

• You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.

• You are the liaison to teammates outside the core product development team, such as Omni Channel, Loyalty, Enterprise Data Management, Cyber Security and Legal teams, and help them interact with your team.

• You innovate with the wider Business teams to create a strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively.

• Reports status on project commitments and team objectives to all levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams of at least 2+ years of experience

• Demonstrated project management expertise with experience in various methodologies and techniques, ideally including Agile Project Management and PMI certification.

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence & MS Office Tools.

• Proficient in using a range of Project Management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Smartsheet.

• Experience delivering consumer software products, preferably in roles such as Delivery Lead, or project manager.

• Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Project(s) Management experience is a plus

• Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams, including external groups like customer support and marketing teams.

• Coordinate with third party vendors and remote teams so your team can deliver against commitments.

• Knows the difference between process that adds value vs. process that impedes teams

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdamoffice.

• Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (baseline of minimum 2 days a week in-office.

• Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year
