Celonis Sales Manager, Benelux in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Team:

Our Sales team is responsible for selling into Enterprise accounts in the Netherlands. The team is focused on landing customers and is responsible for sustaining and growing customer relationships in that region and segment.

The Role:

The Sales Manager will manage a team of three new business Enterprise Account Executives. The individual will be required to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders spanning direct and indirect sales as well as senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and services functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and will draw upon experience in sales, relationship building, and both direct and matrix operating structures. The person will have deep expertise in successfully driving a direct sales organization and delivering against targets.

The Work You’ll Do:

  • Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent, drive individual AE success, and foster a great team spirit.

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for strong executive alignment and proactive account management.

  • Support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive incremental revenue growth.

  • Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations and enable the team to do the same with high quality and deep domain knowledge.

The Qualifications You Need:

  • Strong leadership skills or ability to quickly develop into a leadership role.

  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.

  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter.

  • Enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and priorities to achieve objectives.

  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
