This role is based at the Philps headquarters, in Amsterdam and is a critical member of the People & Organization Development group.

Your role:

  • Collaborate with the leadership development team to create a long-term strategy for building exceptional leaders at every level, aligned to overall business and talent priorities.

  • Engage with senior leaders to understand their challenges, provide insight and support for their leadership, and build a community of learning for our executives.

  • Design and implement best-in-class leadership development experiences for senior leaders.

  • Collaborate with the leadership development team to coordinate all leadership activities across the leader pipeline, ensuring that all activities are simple, relevant, and impactful end-to-end leadership experience (i.e. high-touch face-to-face experiences, informal community learning events, training programs, self-service playlists, assessments, coaching, and talent acceleration programs, etc.).

  • Partner with vendors where needed to orchestrate the delivery and implementation of solutions, managing and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Be a thought leader, and a thought partner, to the Learning and Organization Development teams, HR business partners, and other domain experts across Philips.

  • Contributing to the overall Culture and Leadership development strategy at Philips

  • Be accountable for quality evaluation and assessment of leadership development activities, including a data-driven, storytelling approach to increase the credibility and efficacy of leadership development.

You're the right fit if:

  • 10+ years’ work experience in Leadership Development, with a track-record of building and executing leadership programs at scale in a global organization

  • Demonstrated coaching skills – preferably with ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification

  • Excellent facilitation skills, including experience delivering large-scale programs to very senior audiences

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with an ability to establish and maintain relationships with executive leaders and group of cross-functional stakeholders

  • Solid experience in project management in a global leadership function, managing multiple challenging priorities

  • Deep understanding of HR topics (e.g., performance management, talent management, culture change)

  • Ability to understand and demonstrate the ways that leadership development translates into business results using data-driven storytelling

  • A positive, empathetic, and impact-oriented attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and follow-through on priorities with flexibility and attention to detail

  • Proven collaboration skills with a global mindset and cross-cultural awareness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
