Philips Partner Marketing Manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands

  • Build the capability to run partner marketing activities across businesses in health systems.

  • Design the process (WoW) that should be followed across regions to fulfil marketing activation needs for our partners.

  • Provide trainings to the partners to ensure they maximize the value of marketing tools, the partner portal and other marketing resources.

  • Design Framework and governance for co-marketing investments, monitor the co-marketing efforts and ensure visibility of performance to business and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. for Partner Performance Reviews).

  • Develop, roll-out, and maintain a partner finder tool.

  • Support the marketing activation teams in developing and executing lead generation programs that help partners identify and target potential customers, as well as with the partner loyalty program.

  • Supporting the partner sales in the region with marketing of the global partner loyalty program.

  • Standardize and share best practices for partner marketing across the professional partner and marketing community, including partner engagement plans and partner communication plans.

You are a part of

You will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) – Marketing Excellence Team in which you will report into the Engagement Lead. The CoE has a global remit, supporting Businesses and Regions across the globe to accelerate our marketing capabilities as a company. You will be joining a diverse and international team eager to make an impact for our customers and patients.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role in Health Systems.

  • Strong operational and execution focus, driven by partner intimacy

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to interact with sales and business marketing organization.  

  • Bringing people with various expertise together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports.

  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function.

  • Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
