We are now looking for a Junior Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and drive commercial marketing and education initiatives with our partners.

Amazon is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving commercial activities with integrators and established partners, ensuring the successful execution of our event roadmap, and piloting education marketing activities.

Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Junior Strategic Partnership Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our partnership strategies and contribute to the growth of Amazon's ecosystem. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and educational initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial activities with integrators and other established partners to maximize mutual benefits and growth opportunities

  • Point of contact for all our integrators and agencies partners

  • Ensure successful execution of the 2025 event roadmap,

  • Pilot and drive education marketing activities to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities

  • Deliver comprehensive post-mortem documentation for each event, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement

  • Develop a scalable playbook for commercial initiatives that can be implemented across other locales

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • Experience in partnership management, account management, or a related role

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience in organizing and executing events or marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fluency in Dutch

  • Experience in managing partnerships and creating win-win opportunities

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or in the technology sector

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive documentation and playbooks

  • Experience in educational program development or training initiatives

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives
