Junior Global Benefits Analyst
Amsterdam | 32 – 38,75 | €2.800 – € 3.400

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Amsterdam office.
What the day will look like
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our Multinational clients by delivering innovative and effective People Risk solutions as part of our Global Benefits Team, within Aon’s Health Solutions business.
Global Benefits partners with Multinational companies to optimize their People Risk strategy. The core of our support lies in the management of the insured benefit plans globally and the set-up of the employee benefit strategy to manage the spend. This strategy can range from local renewal support, global consolidation through pooling and global underwriting to employee benefits in a captive.
In addition we partner with clients on the broader scope of People Risk such as mitigation of claims, Employee Wellbeing, DE&I and Employee Value Propositions in combination with other Aon Expertise Teams such as Talent Assessment and Compensation.
Support the analysts and consultants to partner with our clients, Multinational companies, and the senior consultant to deliver effective employee benefit strategies for the client.
Working effectively with account team members to ensure timely delivery of consulting projects, while working with colleagues across the region.
Prepare client deliverables for projects run by Global Benefits.
Work on data analysis and synthesis to support delivery of client projects.
Collaborating across Aon to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
0-2 years in an Analytical role.
Experience navigating a chaotic environment.
Good communication skills.
Ability to learn Excel and PowerPoint.
Language requirements – proficient in English.
International experience is a plus, not a must.
Quantitative background is appreciated.
