EDM E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL INTERN

Coty is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce intern to join Coty’s E-Commerce team for the Europe Distributor Markets, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As intern, you will be contributing to our digital acceleration strategy, ensuring that digital first is brought to life with our biggest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will be part of an experienced team of Digital & Trade Marketing Managers to develop the business in line with the agreed strategies and targets. You will support the Digital & eCommerce Manager and Trade Marketing Managers on our major accounts, help in defining our marketing strategy, ensure a perfect execution and help building a strong collaboration with the customers.

Your main focus:

  • E-commerce Content - Ongoing improvement of online content and e-store fundamentals leveraging scrapping tools such as UGAM and Scrapfinder weekly.

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day e-retailer (such as Notino and Amazon - online retail platforms) tasks incl. assortment optimization, new launches support, and retailer media campaign materials

  • Distributors E-commerce Acceleration – Help with driving the Distributors E-com acceleration with our key distributors who work with Douglas, Sephora, Marionnaud and many other e-retailers.

  • Ratings & Reviews – Campaigns management and best practices sharing.

  • E-com Capability - Help organize E-com capability events for all colleagues.

  • Monitoring – campaigns, competition & content for all customers, monthly highlights analyses.

  • Trade plans – optimizing competitive promotional planning

In this full-time internship, you will report into the Senior Digital and eCommerce Manager who is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • Passion for e-commerce platform performance

  • HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master). As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program

  • Proactive and hands-on

  • Analytical thinking and smart selling

  • Passion for analytical work

  • Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value

  • Flexible and loves challenges

  • Good communication skills and likes to work in a team

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Fluent in English

  • A first experience in digital or the beauty industry is a plus
