E-Retail Project Intern
E-RETAIL PROJECT COORDINATOR INTERN
As an e-Retail Project Coordinator Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the beauty e-commerce industry through managing projects for Coty’s iconic consumer brands such as Rimmel, Max Factor, and Adidas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The e-Retail Project Coordinator Intern interacts both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail executions. In this role, you will help coordinate globally the tracking and execution of the eCommerce product content for a portfolio of iconic brands (Covergirl, Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, Sally Hansen, Adidas…)
Your main focus:
Support conversion projects, working hand in hand with the Global Project Manager and key stakeholders (Brands and Markets) to accelerate Coty online growth (SEO, Rating & Reviews, Assortment Expansion)
Ensure perfect execution of Coty Consumer Beauty brands on e-Retail sites
Work closely with the Global agency to ensure all projects are on track & best in class
Conduct regular brand audits & support local Coty teams when needed
Build reports on Global digital performance & set up action plans
Encourage engagement between the Global & Local teams
Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce
Support in ad-hoc request: DAM/ PIM, Leadership reporting, new retailer activations.

As an experienced e-Commerce Project Coordinator Intern, you have a driven mindset, are self-motivated to work autonomously, and you get energy from working with others in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
Other than that, you:
Enrolled in a university in European Union with already a first experience in digital / e-Retail
Great attention to details, good organisational skills, ability to build strong relationship with several stakeholders
Fluent English, both spoken and written, other languages are a plus
Driven mindset & motivated to learn and develop a large skillset
Outlook proficiency and strong technical/creative capability on PowerPoint
