Do you have the “growth hacking” mindset to scale our digital app to millions of users around the world?
Build, plan and implement strategy for growing the digital engagement platform NutriU
Define and own digital product roadmap (new features, smart and connected products, services…) and global roll out of NutriU to additional countries
Scale and manage the community of users:
Acquisition of new users: launch new geographies, paid campaigns, app search optimization, influencers, social media…
Retention via new contents and engagement tactics
Test, pilot, scale monetization and new business models (cross and upsell of Kitchen Appliances products and new services)
Stay up to date on food and nutrition trends, latest technology, Smart Kitchen & IoT, digital platform and apps.
Lead and organize ressources for the team (acquisition manager, content and community lead, data…) ; manage cooperation and way of working with digital product owners and developers
You will be part of the Kitchen Appliances team reporting to Services and Solutions Venture leader.
You will lead the NutriU platform team (4 FTEs) and interact in a matrix structure with Product IoT managers, Product Owners & Developers, Philips Design, Business and Marketers in markets worldwide and Digital Marketing experts.
We are looking for
A successful applicant must have:
Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record, or MBA
Around 12 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Campaign Management and Engagement.
Consumer focus mindset and ability to delight users with amazing experience
Data-driven and analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership of product management with a truly global focus
An entrepreneurial and can-do mentality
Knowledgeable about digital experiments and agile methodologies
Excellent presentation skills, Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to act as a change agent within the organization
The ability to effectively network within and outside the organization, building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities
Affinity for food and nutritional health related products
Must have competencies
Experience with digital (engagement) platform with sizeable # of users, Product Management and Digital Lead generation is a must.
Knowledge in Smart connected products and IoT is a strong plus.
