Job Description

As a Data and Quality Manager you have a very sharp eye for detail as well as an intrinsic motivation to send out content 100% faultless. You do so by staying on top of the current data and quality process, and by helping optimize it where needed.

You will be in charge of localizing the global assets for our markets using our video automation platform and ensure the quality is within the client’s restrictions.

You will be working in the Amplify Team for Heineken and Desperados, and occasionally on other clients for the Dynamic Team. The Amplify team works for 36 Heineken and 7 Desperados markets worldwide. Together with the team you will work on multiple Heineken & Desperados brand and sponsorship campaigns.

The main goal

The main goal for the Data and Quality Manager is to ensure that all dynamic content for our (global) clients will be checked in detail. This will be done in close collaboration with the internal teams, client’s stakeholders and third parties. You will be briefed on projects by the responsible Digital Producer and report to the Data and Quality Lead.

Eventually you will work closely with our Digital Producers, Digital Content Managers and Project Managers on a day to day basis, and to come up with new quality preservation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Core tasks

  • Manual testing to assess and secure the correct visual display of various online dynamic and localized assets such as display ads, social content, and video;

  • Ensure that every asset and deliverable looks the way it should and is agreed with the client and in line with the (brand) guidelines;

  • Help educate our team of Digital Producers on best practices with regards to quality so our content looks perfect from the get-go, reducing everyone’s workload;

  • Report any inefficiencies to project responsible coordinators;

  • Keep track and maintain ownership of the allover data entry process throughout campaigns that you’re working on;

  • Work together with the Digital Production Amplify Readiness team to make sure our global campaigns are fit for localization.

Qualifications

Competences & Qualities

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably at a digital (advertising or production) agency;

  • Well experienced working with Excel and Google spreadsheets;

  • People-oriented and approachable;

  • Understanding of digital advertising;

  • You are precise and detailed;

  • You have an eagle eye to spot possible issues and act accordingly or escalate timely;

  • Excellent in English;

  • Proactive and self starting;

  • Solution-oriented;

  • Stress resistant;

  • You are passionate and curious about all aspects of digital advertising;

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
