Netflix Creative Partner Manager - Operations Partnerships in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Role

Our mission is to revolutionize the way on service (Product) creative is made and delivered, fueling new ways for Netflix members to discover new titles. The Ops Partnerships team is a driving force in establishing how we find, cultivate, and grow the best creative partners around the globe in line with our business needs. Made up of a diverse team of creative industry professionals, this team is reinventing the future of Netflix product creative strategy and operations, and specific to this role, the partners and systems that drive our ability to scale the business across the globe.

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will be the critical link between our creative agencies and licensed fulfilment partners (NPFPs), ensuring they are strategically aligned and positioned for success. As the connective tissue between these partners, you will identify opportunities for closer collaboration between partners, and drive efficiencies to elevate our creative output in the Licensed space.

The role will be based in Amsterdam or London and report to the Director, Ops Partnerships.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that unlock the full potential of our creative partnerships, enabling scalability and aligning with business needs in collaboration with Senior NPFP program manager

  • Identify and implement opportunities to consolidate efforts across partners, creating closer connections that drive improved outcomes and streamline licensed creative operations

  • Partner with Scale creative teams to translate creative strategies and ideas into effective partnership briefs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the right partners are selected, enabled, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of the business

  • Help shape the roles of NPFPs and NPAAs, contributing to the development of our Aggregation strategy and ensuring partners are aligned with our operational goals

  • Develop and optimize inclusive partnership workflows and practices as a key driver in achieving creative excellence.

  • Co-develop training initiatives and resources, collect partnership feedback and identify actionable recommendations to improve partner ROI.

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry at large (outside Netflix) to gain knowledge on how to improve our partnerships and monitor emerging talent pools and trends (ex: AI).

  • Build SOWs and finalize contracts in partnership with our Production Planning team and adhering to most recent guidance from Contingent Talent and Employment Legal

  • Gather global rate data to advise on fair pricing for deliverables and efforts for most common creative deliverables.

  • Ability to conduct rate surveys and simple analysis to ensure Netflix has the best information with which to compensate our partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working within a creative service provider, like a creative agency or studio

  • Proven expertise in driving adoption of partner management programs for large scale creative engagements, including influencing and aligning with internal stakeholders through empathy, judgment and data

  • Extremely High EQ: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate and influence complex partner ecosystems.

  • Proven demonstration of building and cultivating diverse partnerships to drive key results

  • E2E understanding of how to create, manage and optimize KPIs, timelines, and budgets

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively (both positive and constructive feedback) on behalf of the business to better strengthen and develop partner relationships

  • Project management software experience, knowledge of Airtable and Monday a plus.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and rate setting exercises.
