This is a unique career opportunity for the position of Waiter. Seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate who is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.

The Role:

The Waiter – Italian Restaurant is accountable for providingall guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the Lombard operating concept, brand promise and Hyatt International standards.

Some of the key responsibilities :

• Serve food and beverages to guests, according to the established standards of performance and service sequence established for the outlet.

• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

• Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.

• Prepare the outlet for operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

· Good level of English

· Communication skills

· 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
