Summary:

Secure Supply Chain Manager will have three main responsibilities: 1) manage the overall vendor DSCSA compliance include authorized trading partner status and inbound TITHTS compliance 2) manage the SSC operations team and DSCSA processes, 2) partner with various business stakeholders, IT teams, and manufacturing partners to triage, manage and coordinate the resolution of all DSCSA manufacturer related issues, and 3) act as a primary point of contact with the Manufacturing Partners for all compliance processes including but limited to: exempt product maintenance, Unique Device Identification, managing serialization phase in, and establishing a product serialization label review processes.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the overall Cencora inbound DSCSA compliance, engagement and issue resolution with 400+ pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, enterprise IT, category management, regulatory assurance, and other various cross-functional teams

    • Establish and manage DSCSA product labeling governance including managing a cross-business labeling issue resolution committee

    • Manage a team of associates including senior Label Analysts, senior Data Analysts, Data Analysts, contractors, and data coordinators

    • Manage the process and contractor resources responsible for the TITHTS manual entry exception process

    • Manage the serialized product phase in across 400+ manufacturers and 30+ internal distribution centers

    • Implement any process improvement opportunities either internally or externally with our pharmaceutical trading partners

    • Manage the effort to ensure all the Cencora businesses can support the phase in of medical devices containing the new UDI identifier; includes identification of any projects and costs required to ensure support this effort

    • Work with the Sr. Director of Secure Supply Chain in managing developing serialization requirements, pilots, manufacturer engagements, and all testing activities

    • Participate in overall ABC ASN 856/855 manufacturer strategy and management

    • Additional responsibilities as determined by the SSC program or business team

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Engineering or related field

    • 8+ Years of operations, or supply chain, experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

    • Experience development and managing operational processes and metrics

    • Experience developing, managing, and improving business process

    • Excellent oral and presentation skills, ability to work at all levels in the business internally and externally

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

    • Project management experience

    • Lean or Six Sigma Certified preferred

    • Experience in product packaging, labeling, and barcoding preferred

    • Experience working in or with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred

    • Experience with Global Drug Serialization or Drug Supply Chain Security Act preferred

    • Experience supervising exempt associates preferred

    Salary Range

    $86,500 - 123,860

    This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
