What does a great Product Manager, Customer Lifecycle Programs do?

Fiserv’s global business solutions is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Lifecycle to manage and execute marketing campaign automation requests. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing, is highly strategic, a team player, and obsessive with finding improvements in team efficiency and output. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Customer Lifecycle, this individual will be responsible for overseeing automated marketing campaign requests, support execution against a long-term strategy, as well as adhering to best practices for user acquisition and digital excellence.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

  • Works closely with technical and non-technical leaders from all parts of our organization to gather business requirements, build out automation requirements and deliver seamless automated marketing campaigns that decrease operational spend and exceed revenue targets

  • Implement automation playbooks, build requirements for automated campaign flows, work with offshore resources to design and execute these flows, run quality assurance (QA) checks, as well as provide reporting, analytics and best practice optimization recommendations

  • Define success metrics for campaigns and track performance

  • Assists in solving for high-quality end user experiences and implementation of complex marketing automations

  • Responsible for actively monitoring the health and status of marketing campaigns and ensuring that automations trigger without issue

  • Develop and maintain playbooks, including documentation and execution across all Fiserv lines of business

  • Experience with troubleshooting Marketo campaign issues and system problem solving

Basic Qualifications For Consideration:

Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Marketo preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence preferred

  • Experience with high volume, fast-paced work environments

  • An ability to seek an independent work stream and drive progress is key

  • Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics

  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment

  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • BS/BA Degree
