Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Amesbury, Massachusetts. This position is within the financial services industry and will involve the use of various accounting software systems. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting functions and tasks, including the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Ensure customer credit records are kept up to date and accurate.

• Resolve any customer inquiries related to their credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take any necessary actions.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, and Concur for various tasks.

• Perform regular auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage billing functions as necessary.

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks and functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Experience with Ceridian is a must

• Knowledge of Concur software is expected

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions efficiently

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Auditing skills are essential

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is required
