    Work with patients

    • Maintain patient registration for device patients with all four companies utilized.
  • Monitor and address active device alerts and advisories.

  • Address device concerns with the physicians as needed.

  • Maintain competencies in device care through webinars and education.

  • Works with patient device transmissions and office visits to ensure timely device monitoring and management.

  • Assists with nuclear stress testing, dobutamine stress testing, and protime monitoring as needed.

  • Works Performs other assigned duties.

    Required Qualifications (Including any licensure, certification, education):

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse and authorized by the State of Iowa to practice nursing.

  • 1 year experience in nursing

  • Achievement of Baccalaureate degree in nursing within 6 years of hire if hired after January 1, 2014.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training, or within 90 days of hire and must maintain throughout employment.

  • Mandatory Reporter training or within 90 days of hire and must maintain throughout employment

  • De-escalation training prior to performing direct patient care or within 90 days of hire

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, or willing to attain within one year of hire.
