Under the general direction of the Electric Services Director, coordinates efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability and more, to continually improve the value of services Ames Electric offers to the Ames community. Works with electric customers to help meet energy needs as well as to handle questions and complaints. Administers activities of the Electric Utility's energy services programs including the energy efficiency program. Educates customers as to the operation and procedures of the Electric Utility. Meets annually with large customers for customized energy analysis. Independent worker and self-starter.
