Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Ames, Iowa
Seeking a Dedicated and Eager Administrative Assistant in Ames!!
Responsibilities
Updating policies and emergency procedure processes
Filing paperwork in the training database
Maintaining and providing suggestions for training systems
Tracking and managing documents
Assisting with special projects
Connecting with operators on the production floor to gather additional information and ask questions
Qualifications
2-3+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Innovative and capable of streamlining processes
Proactive and self-sufficient
Work Environment
The work environment is family-owned and laid back, with a close-knit team where people often eat lunch together and take coffee breaks. The plant employs about 250 people, with 20-30 in the office. The work hours are Monday through Friday, either from 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm, offering flexibility up to 40 hours per week (full-time or part-time).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
