YOUR FUTURE TEAM As part of TCEQ Compliance and Enforcement, you would help ensure that those we regulate comply with the states environmental laws. See details about what we do. This position is a member of our North Central West Texas regional staff. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Experience providing administrative assistance. Experience working with budgets and purchasing. HERES WHAT YOULL BE DOING... Prepare and/or distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and documents. Develop and maintain databases, files, and records to track information and prepare queries and reports. Serve as the primary contact for inventory and fleet requirements relating to records maintained. Maintain the IMD database for all regional equipment and ensures all inventory control forms are properly signed and maintained. Maintain the agency literature area and make certain information is current. Provide administrative support to the Management Team and region staff. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; cover front desk phones, take messages, provide basic program information, and/or refer calls as appropriate. Greet visitor and make certain they sign the visitor log. Qualifications: EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Graduation from a standard senior high school or its equivalent plus one year of full-time experience providing administrative and/or clerical support in an office setting. *Fifteen semester hours from an accredited college or university may be substituted for each six months of the required experience.
