System One is actively seeking a seasoned Recruiter for a long-term contract position working a hybrid schedule located in Amarillo, TX.

    Senior Recruiter Requirements:

  • ATS: Workday – preferred

  • M S Suite: Teams, Outlook

  • Social Media: Sourcing Experience – Preferred

  • BS/BA degree in HR, Business OR 10 years of experience providing equivalent

  • M S Suite: Outlook, Teams

  • Recruiting Software

  • What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)?

  • Interpersonal skills and relationship building

  • M u ltitasking

  • Consultative

  • D irect sourcing/requiting experience: 3-5 years (5 years is target area)

  • Strong work history

    Location: Amarillo, TX

    Hybrid Schedule, working remote Monday & Friday

    Contract Duration: 12-Months

    Pay Rate: $43.00
