Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!

Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be…

• Service & Project Execution:

• Plan and execute new service setups;

• Drive end-to-end finance automation projects, including proposal management, customer negotiations, and team execution;

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;

• Track project progress and ensure milestone completion;

• Team Coordination & Communication:

• Support the staffing process;

• Facilitate knowledge transfer processes;

• Maintain effective communication with team members and management;

• Prepare and present project status reports;

• Strategic Development & Reporting

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in ongoing projects;

• Collaborate with Business and Service Leaders to enhance performance across the organization;

• Report on issues, risks, and opportunities to management.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field;

• 2 – 5 years of professional experience;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Redwood/Mendix is a plus;

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Customer-oriented with a proactive, continuous learning mindset;

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
