Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

  • Oversees / supervises dedicated operations and processes within an assigned team.

  • Give feedback to team members on their performance and personal development options.

  • Focus on people development, succession planning, diversity, motivation, and engagement of the assigned team.

  • Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.

  • Prioritizes and assigns tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

  • Lives lean governance and fosters process improvement and simplification / optimization measures.

  • Manages escalations within defined procedures.

  • Contributes to the resource allocation planning.

  • Manages the team KPIs and BVIs.

  • Leads and coordinates Performance Review Meetings with the customer Supports the implementation of GBS O2C roadmap/strategy in strong alignment with Business Line Management.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in leadership/team leading.

  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI).

  • Finance, Business Analysis, Cost Accounting.

  • Leadership & coaching skills.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens.

  • Problem solving and fast thinking will help to resolve daily management issues.

  • Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation.

  • Be bold, decisive, and courageous.

  • Winning and positive attitude.

  • Good business and social networking skills In Portuguese and English.

  • Curious about new technologies and trends.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
