Your mission will be…
IT Service Management and IT Service Delivery:
Identify, Analyze, Prototype, Implement and Operate/Maintain IT services based on Azure Cloud
Create and Maintain Service Descriptions and Operational Level Agreements for the IT services
Work on IT Compliance topics (i.e. Export, Privacy)
Support Cybersecurity assessments and classifications
Ensure proper service documentation in IT tools
Ensure proper service cost calculation, monitoring, optimization and charging of IT services
Support team planning for related IT services
Prepare budget planning for related IT services
Develop, introduce and ramp up new IT services
Closely collaborate with the technical team colleagues (Architect, DevOps Engineers) and the Scrum Master for developing, implementing and operating of IT services
Support the cloud department in strategy development and implementation
IT Account Management:
Coordinate pre-sales activities with prospective clients and Architects / Team Leads
Closely communicate and work with business stakeholders
Promote offered IT services
Identify potential new services based on demands
Processes:
Define and optimize operational processes and procedures in close collaboration with Architects / Teams
Create transparency, operational excellence, define KPIs and reports
Setup a good service management for incidents and service requests
Work with in an agile process
Chapter Lead / Team Lead:
Support the team colleagues regarding personal development and growth
Setup training and growth plans for the team colleagues
Support the department manager regarding team planning and development
Be the responsible in-country manager for the department colleagues at the same location
Work on P&O related topics for the local department colleagues
We are looking for someone with…
Completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree or a comparable qualification in computer science or related technology field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations & support
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of Azure Cloud
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the area of people management
Optionally experience in the area of Atlassian Software Suite (Jira, Confluence)
Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM, IT compliance and cybersecurity
Strong collaboration and team development skills
Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
Strong organizational capabilities
Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed, multicultural teams remotely
Written and spoken English and Portuguese on a proficient level is a must, additional language like German is a plus
Fundamental Azure Cloud knowledge is a must, more in-depth Azure knowledge is a plus
Good agile process knowledge and mindset, preferably SAFe® certified
