We are seeking a Parts, Service, and Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for the agricultural and construction equipment industry.

Responsibilities

·       Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

·       Provide customers with accurate information about parts availability, pricing, and product features.

·       Review estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.

·       Work with service technicians and customers to coordinate parts for equipment repair and service.

·       Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter and work area.

·       Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.

·       Keep up-to-date on new products and product changes that affect the parts department.

·       Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that parts are properly stored and labeled.

·       Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.

·       Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
