Maintain and organize in home site visit schedule and database.\ Telephone clients and schedule appointments,\ Complete and document in-home assessments.\ Utilize company vehicle to travel to appointments.\ Perform Quality Assurance phone monitoring for assigned site.\ Communicate concerns and serious health/safety risks to participants or staff members to appropriate department staff to assure service quality and standards.\ Perform general clerical duties; maintain general filing system.\ Perform quarterly conference calls.\ Maintain and organize phone monitoring schedule.\ Maintain QA and Quarterly Conference database.\ Perform Ameren program duties as assigned.\ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
