Robert Half Project Manager in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, United States. As a Project Manager, you will primarily be involved in monitoring the progress of content and creative projects, coordinating with various project staff, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing assets.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact on projects, ensuring clear communication and coordination with all relevant parties.

• Develop and implement project plans, allocating resources and setting schedules to meet project delivery dates.

• Oversee the execution of digital projects, coordinating with team members such as marketing managers, web developers, copywriters, and graphic designers.

• Monitor project risks and identify potential problems early on, proactively presenting solutions to management.

• Maintain regular reporting on project status, scopes, and budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Provide education and training on project management tools and systems as needed.

• Actively participate in customer service, resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Ensure that project timelines and requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

• Proactively follow up with project staff to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery.

• Utilize skills in Cross Functional Project Management, Project Management Process Improvement, and Digital Projects to drive project success. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry.

• Proven expertise in Cross Functional Project Management.

• Demonstrated ability in Project Management Process Improvement.

• Experience managing Digital Projects is required.

• Proficiency in developing and executing Creative Briefs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry's rules and regulations.
