Job Description

An Epic Cupid Trainer's day begins with arriving on-site, ready to provide go-live support to a diverse group including physicians, RNs, and technicians. Visibility is key; the trainer ensures they are approachable and available for immediate assistance. The morning starts with a check-in, assessing the needs of the day and determining where support is most needed. Throughout the day, the trainer tags along with nurses, guiding them through the training process, demonstrating workflows, and providing hands-on support. Documentation is crucial; the trainer sends summaries of the day's activities and any critical issues to the point person from Insight Global. Additionally, the trainer keeps track of any call-offs, ensuring that support and training are uninterrupted and effective. This proactive and responsive approach is essential for a smooth transition during the go-live phase.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of Trainer experience

Strong in Non-Invasive Cardiology experience

Compact Forms (structure reporting) Certifications: Cupid Credentialed Trainer, Cupid Credentialed, Certified Trainer) null
