• Support Businesses in Product Sustainability and Regulatory activities by gathering, organizing and analyzing regulatory and PS data for Latin America South.

• Support on regulatory compliance for Brazil and Argentina legal entities for these agencies and applications:

Brazil:

• ANP - lubes and greases

• ANVISA – Food Contact and cleaners

• Federal Police, Civil Police and Army – Drugs and Weapons - Controlled Substances

Argentina

• INTI – Coatings

• Sedronar – Drugs Components Control

• ANMAT - Controlled Substance

• INAL - Food Contact application

• Review product compositions according local requirements for new products coming into the regions

• Request, review and approve - Hazard communication (SDS, Labels) according GHS Legislation in Latin America South

• Review and approve sales according the First Order Procedure for new customers and new sales

• Support on response to Customer Inquiries related with Product Sustainability

• Provide Product Hazard training for customers, distributors, warehouses and Chemours sites

• Support External Activities for Advocacy

• Support implementation of upcoming legislation of Chemical Management and inventories in Latin America

• Support Product Sustainability Risk Assessments

• Support implementation of activities for Chemours Corporate Responsibility Commitment

• Manage contract with thirds party providers related to PS activities

• Participate on Global PS projects and implementation in LA region

• Support regional Business projects growth
