ADP is hiring a Solutions Consultant . In this position, you will be responsible for providing domain subject matter expertise on a range of advisory services to help clients maximize the value of the ADP partnership and to drive their business success. Responsible for the delivery of payroll consulting services to enable and optimize business outcomes and client adoption of ADP technologies and Service Offerings. Identify and propose specific business strategies, initiatives and process improvements to align the ADP HCM solution with business objectives. Works directly with clients as well as internal partners to provide service excellence and advance the ADP Mission to power organizations with insightful solutions that drive business success.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develops and enhances strategic business relationships with clients. Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant by providing recommendations on system or process optimization and implements those recommendations for the client.

  2. Partners with Business Consultants, Business Analysts and Relationship Managers to align with strategic client needs.

  3. Responsible for developing a strong ADP brand image in the professional consulting/services field.

  4. Executes on defined components of the needs analysis in the areas of ACA Concierge Services, human resources, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management and compensation management.

  5. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the ADP Workforce Management Suite. Assists clients in auditing their internal processes and recommending workflow and technology changes as well as business process improvements aligned with industry best practices.

  6. Identifies additional opportunities to increase revenue through billable hours and ensures the application of the appropriate consulting fees.

  7. Collaborates with Leadership to ensure financial targets are reached.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR/HCM Consulting role.

  • Must have at least 3 years of payroll processing, HR, Benefit, PTO and/or Talent experience on Workforce Now

  • Must be able to train and guide clients on payroll processing best practices

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred

  • Prior experience in Project Management
