Our team is looking for a Software Engineer II to help build the Services Hub, a premium online service powering the multi-billion-dollar Microsoft Premier and Unified Support business and is also a customer facing platform for cloud support plan management and analytics. The platform allows our largest business customers to digitally engage and access their support benefits such as support case management, support account team engagement, on-demand education services, and on-demand assessments running on Azure.Check out the Services Hub (https://serviceshub.microsoft.com/) .
We are looking for a full stack developer who loves technological challenges and problem solving, is excited about online services, cloud computing and user experience, and is passionate about making better software while continuously improving the development process. We need an engineer who is a self-starter and likes to learn every day. As a member of our team, you will participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial research and discovery, quick iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping, designing and delivering features end to end - including system architecture, code, deployment, scale, performance and quality; all the way through successful service roll out and live site support. You will have ample opportunities and scope to demonstrate your technical abilities.
Experience building reliable, distributed systems at scale
Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for software development.
React-Redux / Typescript expertise
Experience with a variety of data storage solutions—including SQL and/or no-SQL platforms
BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
