PulteGroup Resident Ambassador in Alpharetta, Georgia
Primary Job Responsibilities
Greet customers.
Answer questions.
Provide community tours.
Take registrations.
Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.
Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:
Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)
New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events
National sales events
Informational seminars
Resident relations events
Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)
Realtor events
Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings
Reference list for Prospects
Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
A resident of Del Webb community
Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

Required Skills/Knowledge
Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
Basic proficiency in using computer systems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
