PulteGroup Resident Ambassador in Alpharetta, Georgia

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers.

  • Answer questions.

  • Provide community tours.

  • Take registrations.

  • Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.

  • Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)

  • New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events

  • National sales events

  • Informational seminars

  • Resident relations events

  • Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)

  • Realtor events

  • Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings

  • Reference list for Prospects

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • A resident of Del Webb community

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings

  • Basic proficiency in using computer systems

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

  • Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
