The role.

Innomotics is seeking a remote Order & Sales Support Specialist for Siemens' LV IEC & Geared Motor product lines. Reporting to the LVM&GM US Head and daily support from the Sales Support Team Lead, this role involves managing orders from receipt to closure. Responsibilities include navigating internal processes, booking orders in SAP, confirming details to customers, initiating Purchase Orders, coordinating project execution, and closing orders upon meeting deliverables. Collaboration is needed with teams such as Sales, Order Managers, Project Managers, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor central mailbox for incoming orders and order follow up for LV IEC & Geared Motors

  • Enter new orders into SAP timely and accurately, process credit returns to both domestic and international Innomotics facilities.

  • Arrange part number creation to facilitate order execution.

  • Analyze and process customer comments either with direct answers and/or through factory engineering support.

  • Prepare and offer change orders when appropriate and through adherence with established procedures.

  • Maintain/Support progress throughout the execution of orders.

  • Collaborate with Factory Order/Project Managers for any changes in price, schedule etc.

  • Maintain accurate SAP dates as it supports shipment/deliverables and other key KPI’s.

  • Track deliverables and maintain timely, clear communication with customers.

  • Manage the data workflow as it interacts within the CRM tools

  • Utilize CRM tool to directly communicate to internal/external customers, suppliers and affiliates.

  • Integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions

Your profile.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • AA Degree or High School Degree with equivalent experience in similar area, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 7-10 years’ experience working within a customer focused environment

  • SAP experience required

  • Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions

  • Experience with INCOTERMS

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work in team environment

  • Dedicated and inventive to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups

  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities for multiple projects or assignments

The pay range for this position is $42,800 - $73,500. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
