NOC Engineer - Alpharetta, GA - Hybrid

Our team is looking for a Network Operations Center Engineer who will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted partner. This role is will be an evening shift (2pm-11pm EST).

Job Responsibilities:

• 24/7 monitoring support for the IoT Network to minimize and prevent identified service impacts when possible

• Execute the Incident Management Process, monitor strategy, and identify process improvements to ensure network quality

• Assess, draft, and deliver Root Cause Analysis in a timely manner to internal and external customers

• Continuous contribution to improve and achieve customer and global IoT Business Unit success

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a NOC Engineer, working specifically with the incident management process

• Experience working with Networking protocols: Firewalls, routers/switches

• Root cause analysis/documentation

• BS Degree is a plus.

• 5G Experience is a plus.

*Will be working the night shift Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur (2pm -11pm EST). Very little on call requirements. Medical, dental, vision benefits are provided.
