We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Site Manager at our Alpharetta, GA, rail components facility. If you are a technical expert in various IT areas, thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and love working through challenges, then this role is for you!

The IT Site manager has a unique role on the front lines supporting several locations in both Georgia and Florida. You will interact with internal partners and technical resources to design, implement, and maintain systems and solutions for workplace, network, and applications. Fuel your curiosity to advise the business on emerging technologies relevant to the warehouse and manufacturing industry and identify and drive efforts to optimize the infrastructure and application footprint.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide comprehensive technical support across network, server, mobile device, and digital workplace platforms.

• Identify and implement business process improvements and best practices.

• Manage software and hardware lifecycles efficiently.

• Serve as a liaison for the Cybersecurity Team during incidents and vulnerability remediation.

• Conduct training sessions on IT-related topics, including MS Office 365 and collaboration tools.

• Lead Business IT demand and service request management and coordination.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, network diagrams, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and disaster recovery plans.

• Support Warehouse Technology footprint, including RF Guns and mobile printers.

• Collaborate with internal and global teams to align IT strategies and initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Bachelor of Science in IT with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related products.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.

• Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

• Robust data collection and analysis skills.

• Understanding of manufacturing and warehousing business processes.

• Ability to network effectively with partners across various levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This career is based in Alpharetta, GA. We offer a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees, including PTO, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement. The base salary range for this position in Alpharetta, GA, is $107,500 - $145,000, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
